This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://wizloot.com (“Wizloot”, “we”, “us”).
By placing an order on Wizloot, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Due to the nature of digital goods and cryptocurrency payments, all sales are handled under strict but transparent conditions.
1. DIGITAL GOODS & FINAL SALES
Wizloot sells digital products, including in-game items, top-ups, and digital content.
Once a digital item, top-up, or service has been delivered or successfully processed, the transaction is considered FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
This policy exists because:
- Digital goods cannot be returned
- Game items may be consumed, transferred, or locked to an account
- Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
2. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS
- All cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be automatically reversed
- Refunds, if approved, are processed manually and at Wizloot’s discretion
- We are not responsible for blockchain network delays, fees, or confirmations
Customers are responsible for:
- Sending the correct amount
- Using the correct blockchain network
- Providing accurate wallet information
Payments sent to the wrong address or network are not refundable.
3. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
- The order was not delivered due to a verified system error on Wizloot’s side
- The order was canceled before processing or fulfillment
- The purchased product was unavailable and no replacement was accepted
In such cases, refunds may be issued:
- To the original payment method where technically possible, or
- As store credit at Wizloot’s discretion
4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Successfully delivered digital items or top-ups
- Orders completed using incorrect Player ID, User ID, or Server ID
- User mistakes or incorrect order details
- Price fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or cryptocurrency volatility
- Delays caused by game servers or third-party platforms
- Change of mind after purchase
5. ORDER VERIFICATION & DISPUTES
To prevent fraud, we may require order verification before processing refunds, including:
- Transaction ID (TXID)
- Proof of payment
- Order details confirmation
Disputes or refund requests submitted without valid proof may be rejected.
6. REFUND TIMELINE
If a refund is approved:
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment method
- Cryptocurrency refunds may take additional time due to network conditions
- Network fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount
7. CHARGEBACKS & ABUSE
Attempting chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of the refund system may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Account restriction (if applicable)
- Permanent ban from Wizloot services
